I am Markus and I live with my wife in a beautiful 16th century square farm with 4,000m² of meadow and forest. We would also like to give you the opportunity to spend a wonderful vacation here with family and/or friends. The farm has been completely renovated over several years. Four residential units were created. We live in the east wing, there is another apartment in the south part and 2 chalets were built in the south-western part. The completely refurbished chalet "Notschkerl" is a very cozy and comfortable 65sqm maisonette apartment, which is arranged on 2 floors with small intermediate levels. The "Notschkerl" is suitable for 2 - 4 people (double bed in the sleeping area or sofa in the living room). Room layout: through the separate entrance door you enter the fully equipped kitchen with a wood-burning stove (wood is provided free of charge). Right next door is a cozy chill lounge with wing chairs, magazines and a spacious wardrobe. The staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find the spacious and cozy living room, a dining area, the bathroom (with shower, double washbasin, WC) and the bedroom with a wonderful view of our property. The "NOTSCHKERL" chalet also has a private outdoor area with a large wooden terrace, seating and sunbathing areas and its own barbecue. The apartment is separated from the rest of the house by its own entrance and provides direct access to the countryside. It is possible to drive right up to the front of the chalet to unload your luggage and park. Free additional parking spaces are available in front of the house.

Our Chalet STERNENZAUBER with all its special features extends over a 100m² terrace. Ideally suited for 2 people (max. 2 additional children). The centerpiece is our sleeperoo - cozy and cuddly with a direct view of the starry sky. For complete comfort, the sleeperoo is equipped with heating, light and electricity. To ensure that nothing else is missing, there is a bathroom (with shower & toilet), a kitchen (equipped with fridge, oven, hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) and a small lounge area in the completely renovated old Dörrhaus right next door. A wood-burning stove is used to heat the property. On the terrace, you can relax in deckchairs or in the cozy seating area (equipped with an arc lamp with integrated infrared heating) and unwind. The fireplace provides a romantic atmosphere and the barbecue supports the culinary enjoyment. You can dream, switch off, recharge your batteries or simply have fun in the two other highlights: your own whirlpool*** and a panoramic sauna with a wonderful view of the hilly landscape. Two showers on the terrace provide refreshment and a large parasol offers shade. A multimedia station is available for good entertainment, the perfect background and the right feeling. Consisting of a large Bose jukebox and an XL iPad, music, series and films can be streamed in a variety of places. Cosy bathrobes, candles, lanterns and many other lovely details round off the experience.

Chalet "FEINIS" is located in the southwest part of a beautiful 16th-century four-sided farmhouse, surrounded by 4,000 m² of meadows and forest. After extensive renovation, the estate now offers four residential units. The hosts live in the east wing, another apartment is in the south section, and two chalets are in the southwest area. Chalet "FEINIS" provides a cozy 35 m² space, ideal for solo travelers or two guests. The open-plan living, dining, and sleeping area includes a fully equipped kitchen. A spacious bathroom with ample storage and a separate toilet ensure comfort. All rooms and the entrance are on the ground floor and fully accessible. In front of the entrance, you’ll find a private outdoor area with seating and barbecue facilities. The apartment has its own entrance, separated from the rest of the house, and offers direct access to the outdoors. You can drive right up to the chalet to unload your luggage and park. Additional free parking spaces are available in front of the house.
